What is “Insmot” I hear you ask? El presidente Seán Flynn has named the weekend “Insmot” as it is designed to both motivate and inspire you! It's open to EVERYONE who volunteers with Trinity VDP.

Have you been meaning to get more involved in the Society? Or would you just like to get to know your fellow volunteers better? What better way to do it than in a social setting? We are looking for people to provide new and fresh ideas on what we can do/change/broaden our focus out to.

It's taking place next weekend;   22nd, 23rd and 24th of January (yes, that’s the first weekend were back to college, so NO excuses)
HOW do I sign up? There will be a stand in the Arts block this Tuesday 12-2 and Wednesday 12-2 where you can sign up and pay.

We’ll  all meet about 5ish on Friday evening and get a bus down to where we’ll be staying.
There will be a bit of food on arrival and then the Friday night antics begin! We will all get to know each other  through a series of games, a quiz and getting our dancing socks on to some great cheesy music after a ‘few’ beverages. Sat will consist a few sessions focused on volunteering and lots of fun activities. Again Saturday evening will involve some ‘entertaining ’ activities until the wee hours. Sunday morning, we will set you up with a fry-up before our final wrap-up session and we return to Trinity on Sunday at 2/3pm approx.

€37.50 covers your food (which is both plentiful and sensational), accommodation, dancing, crazy golf and maybe even a céili.

All students who volunteer with the VDP are welcome.. don’t worry if you don’t know of anyone going, you soon will!
