Child Protection Workshops
Every volunteer working with children or vulnerable adults must complete Garda Vetting and do a Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Course.
- For Garda Vetting, you must fill in a form carefully including a list of previous addresses, a copy of photo ID, PPS number and a list of any previous convictions.
- Child (and vulnerable adult) Protection Workshops can be scheduled when people need them so please let us know if you need to do one.

Child Protection and Garda Vetting are valid for 2 years.
Garda Vetting Forms
In order to join the Trinity Vincent de Paul Society you need to complete the following:
- 1. Application form (for SVP National's files )
- 2. Garda Vetting form with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in TCD (to send to onto Vetting unit)
- 3. Scan or photocopy of student card (for our files)
